Costs order made due to husband’s litigation misconduct (Family Court)

In Crowther v Crowther [2021] EWFC 88, Peel J found the husband guilty of litigation misconduct, resulting in costs consequences. Given the complicated litigation history, including several previous costs orders, the order made had the effect of netting off all costs owed between the parties, to prevent further argument about costs assessment or payment.
