Local authorities can arrange COVID-19 and flu vaccines for looked after children despite parental opposition (High Court)

In Re C (Looked after child) (COVID-19 vaccination) [2021] EWHC 2993 (Fam), Poole J confirmed that a local authority with a care order for a child can arrange for the child to receive vaccinations for COVID-19 and flu, despite any parental opposition.
