In Re Children (Private Law: Covert Recordings: Adjournment of Final Hearing) [2021] EWFC B82, the Family Court adjourned a fact-finding hearing for six months. The hearing was in proceedings for permission to permanently remove children from the jurisdiction. The delay was caused by insufficient and late consideration being given to the disclosure of covert audio recordings.
