On 21 December 2021, the President of the Family Division, Sir Andrew McFarlane issued Guidance on e-bundles for use in the Family Court and Family Division, which supplements General guidance on electronic court bundles, issued by the judiciary on 29 November 2021. The general and supplementary guidance supersede the Financial Remedies Courts e-bundles protocol dated 3 March 2020.
