On 9 December 2021, the Judiciary published a message from Lord Burnett of Maldon, the Lord Chief Justice, and Sir Keith Lindblom, the Senior President of Tribunals, following the Prime Minister’s announcement on 8 December 2021 that England will move to Plan B of the COVID-19 Response: Autumn and Winter Plan 2021 in response to the Omicron variant.
