Schedule 1: security risk to children in adulthood warrants making lifelong secured periodical payments order (High Court)

In Al Hussein v Al Maktoum [2021] EWFC 94, Moor J highlighted the special circumstances necessary, absent a child’s disability, for the court to make a secured periodical payments order continuing into adulthood under Schedule 1 to the Children Act 1989.
